DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT

The tipping trailer has an approximate volume of 13 m³ and a permitted total weight of 24,000 kg.

CHASSIS

Long crossbars with fully welded I-profile in high-quality steel. Heavy-duty crossbeams and reinforcements.

AXLES

The tipper is equipped with 3 x 9 tonne SAF axles. 9 tonne SAF axles with disc brakes. Lifting axle on axle 1 and 3.

BRAKES

2-line compressed air system with ALB and ABS valves.Equipped with components from WABCO/GRAU/Knorr.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Electrical system in accordance with ISO 3731.

TRAILER FASTENER & PULLING BEAMS

Working pressure max. 270 bar.

PAINTING

All steel components are sandblasted with steel sand and primed with anti-corrosion primer.

TIPPER HOUSE

Equipped with a 5,100 mm long internal steel body mounted on the centre, centred over the axles.The tipper has a 45 degree reinforcement between sides and floor with 6 mm HARDOX 450.

OTHER

The tipper is equipped with a steel body and hydraulic tipping cylinder.
